    ADSIS Teacher 

    Maple Lake Elementary is seeking a 1.0 fte ADSIS teacher for the 2019-20 school year.  

    Candidates must have MN Elementary Education license. 

    The purpose of the Alternative Delivery of Specialized Instructional Services (ADSIS) Teacher is to provide instruction and assist students who need additional academic and/or behavioral support to succeed in the general education classroom.  The goal is to reduce the number of referrals to special education by providing early intervention to struggling students. 

    The ideal candidate must have the ability to teach math, reading, writing and behavior skills to K-6 students.  Data collection, organizational skills, discipline techniques and strong communication skills are desired.

    Early Childhood Teacher – Maple Lake Public Schools

    Maple Lake Public Schools is seeking applicants for an ECFE/PREK teacher for the 2019-2020 school year.  

    The position includes providing an appropriate early childhood environment and conducting classes for parent and child activities as well as pre-kindergarten experiences for children to support their physical, intellectual, social and emotional development.  Ideal candidates will have experience working with groups of young children, knowledge of developmentally appropriate practice, and teaching experience in developing, modifying and implementing curriculum and learning environments for young children. As well as marketing programs and experience in supervising, leading, delegating and evaluating the activities of support staff personnel.

    Qualifications:  Minnesota teaching license in one or more areas is required:  Pre-Kindergarten, Early Childhood, PreK - Grade 3, Birth - Grade 3 or Early Childhood Family Educator.

    Minnesota Math Corps or Reading Corps Tutor

    Position title: Math Tutor – Minnesota Math Corps

                                           or

                          Reading Tutor – Minnesota Reading Corps

    Join us as we head back to school! Maple Lake Elementary is looking for caring adults to serve with Minnesota Reading Corps or Minnesota Math Corps. You can help kids become successful in reading or math! You’ll work directly with students every school day, during school hours, August- June.

    • Elementary Literacy Tutor
    • Math Enrichment Tutor

    Tutors come from many backgrounds and include recent high school and college grads, career changers, stay- at- home parents and retirees. With training, support from onsite coaches and evidence- based strategies, Reading Corps and Math Corps tutors are well- equipped to change lives. No previous teaching experience necessary!
