The following courses make up Maple Lake High School’s College Now program. These courses are taught by MLHS teachers under the supervision of college professors from either Southwest State or Lake Superior College. Students can stay on the Maple Lake High School campus and nearly complete their freshman year of college!

• College Speech – Southwest Minnesota State University
• American Government – Southwest Minnesota State University
• Pre-calculus – Lake Superior College
• College Calculus – Southwest Minnesota State University
• Spanish III – Southwest Minnesota State University
• College Biology – Lake Superior College
• College Psychology – Lake Superior College
• Drama – Lake Superior College

4 year College Requirements:

• 4 year of English-9, 10, 11, 12
• 3 years of Math: Algerbra, Advanced Algerbra, & Geometry
• 4 years of Social Studies: US History, Social 11 (part 1 & 2), US Politics and Economics, World Geography
• 3 years of lab Science: Physical Science Systems, Biology &Chemistry or Physics
• 2 years of World Language
