Winter Season 2025–2026
Maple Lake High School is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Boys Basketball Coach for the upcoming 2025–2026 Winter Sports Season. This is an exciting opportunity to support student-athletes in a dynamic and rewarding environment.
Position: Assistant Boys Basketball Coach
Season Dates: November 17, 2025 – March 21, 2026
Location: Maple Lake High School, Maple Lake, MN
Qualifications:

Knowledge of basketball techniques, training, and safety practices
-
Previous coaching or competitive basketball experience preferred

Strong communication and leadership skills

Ability to support and collaborate with the head coach and athletic department

Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and team-oriented environment
Responsibilities:

Assist with planning and leading daily practices and training sessions

Provide individualized coaching and skill development

Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and a positive team culture

Support athletes during practices, games and other events

Help manage equipment, game logistics, and team communication
