All families interested in receiving school breakfasts and lunches for Maple Lake kids, at no cost, may have them delivered by completing the survey at the link below. These meals can be received and will be delivered at no cost, regardless of whether students normally receive free meals, reduced-price meals or pay for the meals. All children age 18 and under are eligible for these meals at no cost.

Families do not have to complete this survey if they have already completed it, unless they are adding children to the list. We will provide additional information at this site if anything changes. Student Meal Survey
